Zakat Calculator

Calculate your annual Zakat obligation in accordance with the standard Shariah methodology — 2.5% of net zakatable wealth held above the Nisab threshold for one full lunar (Hawl) year.

Nisab & Metal Rates

Nisab thresholds: gold 87.48 g (20 mithqal) · silver 612.36 g (200 dirhams). Rates are editable — confirm against your local market before relying on the result.

🏛 Cash & Banking

Includes jewellery, coins, bars & utensils. Valued at today's market rate. 1 tola = 11.664 g (used for Nisab and valuation).

📈 Stocks, Crypto & Funds

Shariah guidance: for trading intent, the full current market value is zakatable. For long-term/dividend intent in mixed companies, an adjustment for non-zakatable assets (fixed assets, cash) is applies — enter that amount above if relevant.

Crypto zakatability is a matter of scholarly difference; enter holdings if you follow the view that they are zakatable as trade goods.

🏪 Business Assets

Value inventory at current resale price (not purchase cost). Fixed assets (machinery, vehicles, shop fittings) used in the business are not zakatable.

📋 Debts Owed to You (Strong Receivables)

Loans & credit given that you expect to recover. Doubtful / denied debts are excluded.

🎁 Savings Instruments & Other Assets

Deductible Liabilities

Only debts/due payable in the coming lunar year are deductible per the stronger opinion.

🤲 Zakat Already Paid This Year

Deducted from your total obligation so you don't pay twice.
