Private Hajj Scheme: Digital Portals Open with 16 Packages and 71,000+ Allocated Seats
ISLAMABAD: Bookings for the private Hajj scheme have picked up rapid momentum following the launch of digital booking tools and the official finalization of package options. Following directives from the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Wazarat-e-Mazhabi Umoor), most authorized Hajj organizers have uploaded their package details directly onto the official digital portal.
Pilgrims can now compare, select, and secure their Hajj arrangements through the Hajj Package App and the Hajj Portal.
Key Highlights of the Announcement:
16 Finalized Packages: A spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs confirmed that 16 basic Hajj packages have been finalized under the private Hajj scheme.
Package Pricing Range: For the current year, private Hajj scheme packages range between Rs. 7.57 lakh and Rs. 14 lakh.
Customized Facilities: Premium options within the private scheme include short-duration stays, direct flights from abroad, and 5-star Hajj packages.
Total Quota: A total quota of 71,684 seats has been allocated for the private Hajj scheme this year.
Critical Deadline & Quota Policy
The Ministry of Religious Affairs has fixed November 20 as the final deadline for pilgrims to complete package selection and make payments.
Pilgrims and organizers are encouraged to finalize their bookings early, as the Ministry retains the right to reallocate unfulfilled seat quotas if quota limits are not met by the November 20 deadline.
